Pickett Downs is a wonderful and unique community. We have a set of Bylaws and Covenants in place to assist in keeping our quality of life for all homeowners.
Please be aware of all rules and regulations before you start any building or remodeling. An ACC Review Request must be submitted before work can begin, and you can download the form from this web page.
Our friendly ACC Committee will be happy to asses your plans and determine if they meet the applicable guidelines.
